At present, the research system of comfort on shoes is still not perfect all over the world, comfort evaluation also does not have sufficient objective basis. It is still an unresolved issue. This research measured the kinematics, dynamics, temperature and humidity such as the related parameters of the lower limbs by testing 10 male athletes and 15 female athletes in running process while they wear three different pairs of jogging shoes (shoes A, shoes B and shoes C). With the subjective scale, measure and evaluate the comfort of the three different jogging shoes, and use three evaluation methods such as subjective, objective and combine subjective with objective to analysis and compare the differences between the three jogging shoes as well as the correlation between the subjective comfort and the objective indicators. So as to search the impact of objective indicators related to comfort and provide the theoretical basis for improving the comfort of shoes, provide important data support and reference to establish the evaluation index systems of sport shoes.Conclusion:1)The subjective comfort of shoes B is best, shoes A is better, shoes C is worst. The requirement for permeability to male is higher than female.2)The objective comfort of shoes B is best, shoes A is better, shoes C is worst. The feet of female is stressed higher than male significantly.3) The in-shoe temperature is an important indicator for comfort of jogging shoes, the main evaluation index is the change range of temperature which can explain permeability comfort and dehumidification comfort. The inversion and extroversion index of ankle joint is an important factor which affects ankle's comfort but not affects instep's comfort. The plantar pressure of forefoot is closely related with comfort which is critical in the evaluation to jogging shoes. The peak pressure, maximum force and contact area of ankle can evaluate comfort of ankle joint which is good or bad.
