With the development of technology and society, and analytical instruments is necessary in daily life and scientific research, which has brought great convenience to people's production and life. Chromatography is an effective separation technique in analytical chemistry, which has been widely used in the process of production and scientific research, such as life sciences, chemical engineering, food inspection and environmental protection.Gas chromatography analysis system is an online safety monitoring system ,which can make qualitative and quantitative analysis of gas composition .With the rapid development of instrumentation ,gas chromatography has accelerated the pace of development ,but also meet higher requirements ,such as communication rate ,networking and intelligentizing .With the substantial increase in the amount of data of the gas chromatography analysis system ,the traditional means of communication have been unable to meet the needs of the modern intelligence apparatus .Networking has become an important requirements in gas chromatography analysis system, and the degree of the networking of equipment directly affects the performance of the system .At present ,domestic gas chromatography analysis system commonly exist problems such as : low precision in gas composition detection ;high communication pressure in system ; poor connectivity in networking . In order to solve those problems existing in the gas chromatography analysis system, it's urgent to adopt a means of communication which performance well in communication rate and communication networking capability. Therefore, the research of gas chromatography analysis system based on Ethernet has important research value.This gas chromatography system in order to achieve the main objective, the use of Ethernet as a means of communication transmission, research and analysis system, the key technology, gas chromatography system, local area network interconnection. In this thesis, the following aspects were studied. The first chapter describes the research background and significance. The second chapter describes the development of Ethernet technology and matching techniques, analysis of the Ethernet media access technology, analysis and comparison of the current most widely used of several access technologies, and TCP/IP protocol stack in-depth analysis, in-depth understanding of the functions and features of each agreement. Chapter III describes the gas chromatography instrument system design. First the paper introduced the method of chromatographic separation of substances qualitative analysis and quantitative detection principle, then the system design of gas chromatography, from the system level analysis. And then from the perspective of hardware and software functional partitioning, implementation, and control software to achieve the various subsystems, and finally the data detector analysis of algorithms, through the filter, peak search, integration and other steps to complete the quantitative detection of elements analysis. Chapter IV describes the chromatographic analysis instrument communication system design. This chapter describes the structural principle of the network adapter and network card was designed for DM9000A, realized DM9000A software control and the TCP/IP protocol, and network card drivers combined with the data transceiver to achieve a complete system of communication. Finally, written in C# using PC software, PC software by gas chromatography analysis system for monitoring, and network interconnection for system analysis and research functions. Chapter V summarizes the thesis, summed up to make their own work and lack of research put forward for further work.According to the research of Ethernet-based gas chromatography system, a series of measures has been got to improve communication performance in gas chromatography analysis system, and the network function in gas chromatography system has been enhanced.
