Environmental Endocrine Disruptors widely exist in people's lives with persistent, latent, wide range, toxicity and other characteristics of synergy. With the scientific and technological development, people gradually realize that EEDs on human, ecological hazards, The EEDs problems have been many countries and international organizations attach great importance to be considered as new pollution facing mankind. DES is a synthetic nonsteroidal estrogen, because of their increased the protein deposition and reducing the role of fat deposition as a growth promoter widely used in animal husbandry and aquaculture, bring new threats to food safety; Bisphenol A is the production of important raw material for polycarbonate and epoxy resins, which are widely used in baby bottles, lunch boxes and many other food and beverage packaging materials, the potential human health hazards.Currently the detection of EEDs by gas chromatography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, high performance liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and other methods of charged, with some shortcomings such as expensive equipment, complicated operation, time-consuming, complicated sample pretreatment, in order to better guarantee the food safety to people, it is necessary to find a quick and easy detection of DES.Raman spectroscopy technology is the use of Raman scattering principle, according to the characteristics of groups and Raman mapping and Raman peak intensity as a means of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Compared with conventional chemical analysis, Raman spectroscopy has a non-destructive, rapid, environmentally friendly, easy to operate, without consumption of chemical reagents, and other characteristics required less sample, and the availability of physical and chemical samples and deep structural information, has been widely used in petrochemical, biomedical, geological examination accounting, criminal justice, gemstone identification and other fields, but the detection of EEDs in the field of application has not yet been reported. The research is based on the principle of Raman scattering, laser Raman spectroscopy detector for the main equipment, the use of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy techniques, detection of EEDs research, explored Raman spectroscopy Detection of EEDs, DES and BPA to establish a standard Raman spectra library, as Raman spectroscopy applied research in the environmental field basis. By experimental research,1 Optimized Raman optimum conditions to DES and BPA, scan integration time, the average number of scans and filters smoothing parameter as 20x2x1;2 Obtained standard Raman spectra of DES, with the characteristic Raman peak displacement at 379cm"1,635 cm-1,814 cm-1,956 cm-1,1007 cm-1,1054 cm-1,1112 cm-1,1 173 cm-1,1259 cm-1,1302 cm-1,1514 cm-1,1611 cm-1,1636 cm-1, a standard set of data processing storage; Obtained standard Raman spectra of BPA, with the characterized Raman peak displacement at 385 cm-1,639 cm-1,733 cm-1,833 cm-1,937 cm-1,1111 cm-1,1180 cm-1,1233 cm-1,1257 cm-1,1616 cm-1, a standard set of data processing storage.3 Established standard library of Raman spectra of DES and BPA, using Raman Application Center software for noise removal, baseline correction, normalization processing, labeling and other means of disposing of the peak position, the establishment of the standard atlas, spectral range of 250~2400 cm-1 rooms;4 Using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy detection of DES and BPA, the optimal scan parameters, the use of enhanced reagent ratio of 400μL 202 No. Enhancer enhancer+80μL 103 enhancer+30μL sample solution under test conditions, DES's the detection limit 0.59μg/mL, BPA's detection limit was 5.9μg/mL;5 Using Raman spectroscopy for the determination of livestock and poultry meat in the DES, applications for invention patents:A Detection of Diethylstilbestrol in Livestock and Poultry Meat (201110067166.1). The present invention discloses a DES in Meat detection methods, the method involves determining the DES standard Raman spectra of samples prepared poultry meat extract, extract preparation of other samples, the Raman spectra of the sample testing and analysis of samples of La Man maps and other steps. The present invention uses Raman spectroscopy detection method to obtain the standard Raman spectrum of diethylstilbestrol and related information, a novel detection method for diethylstilbestrol in livestock and poultry, the method is effective and sensitive, able to map the features of the standard peak alignment analysis can DES samples tested to determine the required less sample; quick and easy, the detection process simple, time for a few seconds to scan tens of seconds, usually ten minutes on the spectrum of the outcome of the to avoid the routine chemical analysis of complicated operations, high cost and time-consuming long enough.
