Carbon/ Carbon Composite material has perfect performance in high temperature environment. By ablating itself to protect the inner structures, the composite material can bear severe working environment. So it is very important to research the temperature distribution of the Carbon/ Carbon Composite Material during ablation process.In high temperatures , enthalpies and pressures environment,because of physical , chemical and mechanical factors ,Carbon/ Carbon Composite Material was ablated by the mass loss of the material. We have analysed the ablation mechanism of Carbon/ Carbon composite material by thermo-chemical ablative mechanic. By the law of mass and energy and thermo-chemical equilibrium of system chemical reaction, we established the thermal chemical boundary layer model and solved the conduct equation of Carbon/ Carbon Composite Material in moving boundary conditions. The analysis realized simulation of ablation effected by complex coupling factors of high temperature and pressure. The process of different environment thermal chemical ablation for C/ C composite materials composite material was numerical simulated and the ablation results were calculated.Carbon/ Carbon Composite Material will undergo chemical and mechanical factors by chemical ablative mechanics in high temperature environment. Mainly considered the reactions happened between atmosphere and carbon element, the reactions include oxidation and sublimation reactions.Nowadays,the finite element method is widely used for its flexibility in solving engineering problems。The finite element method has been widely applied in many types of engineering software, so it can help us finding the solution of engineering tech problems. Besides, the graphical user interface and abundant handle functions makes a quick numerical simulation breakthrough. In this article, we established carbon/carbon composite materials through finite element method and divided finite element for structures. In the end, we solved the temperature fields distribute of composite materials in thermal chemical ablative mechanics conditions.Modeling the boundary layer equations by multi-physics analysis software and solved the atmosphere element control equations. Solved the thermal chemical parameter at air-solid boundary and achieved coupling computing with boundary layer and solid structures. Compute the regular patterns of oxidation and sublimation products in different temperature and environment parameter conditions.Simulated the ablation temperature field of Carbon/ Carbon Composite Material in ablation conditions by the equation of energy conservation and achieved the ablation boundary recess in high temperature conditions. Solved the ablation rate of Carbon/ Carbon Composite Material in different ablation conditions and simulated the shape of Composite Material after its ablation. So the ablation behavior of Composite Material was intact researched.
