Samplers is the necessary products in current for power plants, metallurgical enterprises, import and export factories and quality inspection departments. Mechanical sampling system is a trend for currently sampling system. This paper describes the development statuationa of the current sampling system in home and abroad, studies the mades of metal materials, researches the main reason for sampler which can not broken the surface dust layer.Then,this paper studies the adhesion of the material and sampling efficiency, studies the surface of the copper material and curing the mechanical properties of dust layer.Based on the conclusions,for the drive system of sampler, the paper uses hydraulic drive systems to replace the traditional mechanical transmission mode, so that when the sampler head working for sampling,system could automatically changes the regulation of cutting speed and torque according to the statuas of the material, using high-speed cutting approach to broken the surface dust layer curing.Sample contamination is a common problem in the current sampler, the main reason is caused by the adhesion of the material. By deeply studying the achievements of anti-sticking in home and abroad, combined with the actual situations of the sampler, the paper decided to change the surface shape and surface modification of screw conveyor for anti-sticking.At last,the paper proposed to increase vibration device and purge device to prevent sample adhesion,so as to sovle the problem of sample contamination.Sampling efficiency is one of the main properties for samplers,how to improve efficiency is a main problem for sampler when it sampling.The sampling efficiency is decided by sampling time and auxiliary time. Auxiliary time is the decided by speed of the cart, the sampling time is determined by cut and lift speed of sampler head. In order to improve the sampling efficiency,the paper proposes to change the settings sampler origin.It makes the process of carts trolley program-contrlled by designed electronic controlled system.All above mathods grestly reduced the time spent on running process of cart and improve the sampling efficiency.This paper explores the mechanical properties of materials, resolved three major issues of common sampler, integrated use a hydraulic drive system, industrial computer, programmable logic controller (PLC), card readers and other control components, which have a reference value for sampler future technical development and similar electrical and mechanical equipment and general industrial hydraulic control.
