The water content of the produced fluids in the middle and later stages of mining is generally high.During the mining process,the water content of the produced fluid is required as the guiding data for the production of oil fields.However,the oil and water distribution is uneven and the inter-layer density exists in the fluids produced by the pipeline production.Differences in the status of the phenomenon such as the difference in the flow state and the variation in the flow state,the sample oil obtained using the conventional sampling method is poorly represented.To avoid those problems,this thesis designed a set of mixed sampling equipment that combines producing fluid mixing and automatic sampling.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the factors of flow field affecting the sample representation,it was proposed to increase the mixing uniformity of the produced fluid from increasing the static mixing equipment.The characteristics of different mixers and working conditions at the actual application site were analyzed.SK static mixers with small pressure loss gradients and excellent mixing effects were used as production fluid mixing equipment.(2)The structure of SK static mixer was optimized by numerical simulation technology,and the optimal structure parameters were determined.Numerical simulations of oil-water two-phase flow were performed on different structural parameters(length-diameter ratio,twist angle,thickness,number of units)of the static mixer affecting the mixing effect and pressure loss,and the mixing mechanism of the SK static mixer was clarified.As well as the relationship between oil and water mixing effects and different structural parameters,the effects of oil parameters(viscosity,moisture content,daily production)on the mixing effect and pressure loss were also analyzed;when the number of mixing units is 6-8,the length-diameter ratio is 1.The mixing effect is best when the thickness of the mixing unit is4 mm and the twisting angle is 120°,and the pressure loss meets the industrial requirements,ensuring the representativeness of single-point sampling.(3)An automatic sampler was designed to automate the sampling of the pipeline.The time ratio and flow ratio sampling function settings were applicable to different production well conditions,improving the representation of the produced fluid combination sample;using a dynamic sampling loop to prevent the formation of dead oil;a sampling tube with a rebound reset function was designed,achieved closed sampling function.(4)The oil-water mixing and automatic sampling experimental system was designed,and the mixing effect,pressure loss and automatic sampling function of the prototype were tested.The experimental results showed that the oil-water two-phase flow under different flow rates,different water content and different flow states could be uniformly mixed after passing through the static mixer,and the automatic sampler could automatically obtain a representative oil sample,and the pressure loss met the technical index ?0.05 Mpa,mixing effect and pressure loss were in good agreement with simulation results,which verified the correctness of the simulation analysis to some extent.
