The licorice for medicinal purposes part is the root of the leguminosae licorice the(Glycyrrhiza)plant.The licorice confirmed that it makes up the clearing heat and detoxication,to dispel phlegm relieves a cough, spleen profit gas,the emergency to stop pain,effect is well distributed with other medicine,may use in treating the weakness ofto cough the multiphlegm,the palpitation to pant,spleen and stomach,the tired asthenia,the abdominal cavity and four extremity ache and so on sicknesses,and alleviates other medicines with it the toxicity.As the area of cultivated Licorice are increasing, Leftover material of Licorice biopsy is increasingaccumulationly.In order to make full use of licorice resources,Glycyrrhizic Acid and Glycyrrhizic acid single ammonium salt (MAG)which have high purity and good color, The topic selected the Ningxia Huian licorice planter Limited company to plant the leftover material licorice was the object of research,in order to the optimal conditions of washing and second extraction glycyrrhizic acid crude powder ,glycyrrhizic acid decoloring,and the crystallization of MAG. Simultaneously, the pilot debugging and industrialized production process designof MAG.(1) Through the single factor an orthogonal test, the optimal conditions of glycyrrhizic acid crude powder was the Washing number was 2 times,the amount of washing water was 4 times acid sinking content,the Washing temperature was 5℃,and the centrifuge speed was3000r/min, used HPLC measurement glycyrrhizic acid powder in glycyrrhizic acid content, which reached 30.17%.(2) The optimal conditions of second extraction glycyrrhizic acid crude powder was solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, purification number was 2 times, purification time was 2h, and purified temperature was 50℃, used UV measurement glycyrrhizic acid powder in glycyrrhizic acid content, which raised 34.33%.(3) The optimal conditions of glycyrrhizic acid decoloring was solutionwith pH 6.0,active carbon dosage of 4.5mg/100mL alcohol solution,temperature of 80℃and time of 60min.Under this technological condition,the determined average content and average decoloration rate of glycrrhizic acid were 95.32% and 62.13%resp.(4) The optimal conditions of the crystallization of MAG was the crystallization times was two times,crystallization time was 30min,crystallizing temperature was 5℃,Solid-liquid ratio was 1:40.The purity of ammonium glycyrrhetate was up to 75% and the yield was more than 1.82%.(5) In MAG preparation process optimization basis,the pilot amplification, and formulated the experiment of glycyrrhizic acid single ammonium salt preparation procedures.(6) In glycyrrhizic acid single ammonium salt pilot production basis,the design calculation of MAG preparation process, the preliminary draws process flow diagram.
