This paper focuses on the research of bonding technology of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer /Bamboo/Wood Composite with Phenol resorcinol formaldehyde (PRF) and Polyurethane (PUR). Orthogonal Experimental Method is adopted to learn the effect of pressing time (A), pressure (B) and types of bamboo (C) on bond performance of BFRP/bamboo/wood composite. And based on the prioritization scheme of one component PUR, Orthogonal Experimental Method is adopted to study the effect of new factors of KH550 treatment, HMR treatment and types of bamboo.The results indicate that:(1) For BFRP/bamboo/wood composite with PRF:pressing time affected the dry shear strength of the glueline of bamboo-wood significantly; The influence of pressure on the bamboo-wood cemented surface and Bamboo-BFRP cemented surface of dry and wet shear strength was non-significant; while the types of bamboo affected dry shear strength of the bamboo-wood cemented surface significantly and had extreme influence wet shear strength. The prioritization scheme for the shear strength test is A2B3C2, pressure 150 min, the pressure is 1.4 MPa and use the bamboo plate of string to horizontal consolidation.(2) For BFRP/bamboo/wood composite with PUR:pressing time and types of bamboo affected the dry shear strength of glueline of bamboo-wood significantly; three factors selected affected the dry and wet shear strength of glueline of bamboo-BFRP significantly. The prioritization scheme is A2B3C2, pressure 90 min, the pressure is 1.2 MPa and use the bamboo plate of tangential to horizontal consolidation.(3) For new factors:shear strength of P1 could reach requirements of GB50005, and delamination rate could reach requirements of JAS1152. To new factors selected, HMR treatment affected the shear strength of glueline of bamboo-BFRP significantly, affected the wet shear strength of glueline of bamboo-wood significantly; while the types of bamboo only affected wet shear strength of bamboo-BFRP significantly. The prioritization scheme for the wet shear strength test is A2B1C2, KH550 treatment only for BFRP, HMR treatment only for bamboo and use the bamboo plate of string to horizontal consolidation.Comparison analysis is made amang three prioritization schemes in terms of shear strength and material.It indicates that the 3rd scheme is the best.
