For the remand of the high impact strength of the ABS resin to Jana company in Guangzhou, comparative study of the one-step production of polybutadiene latex and agglomerating latex production of polybutadiene on the Impact Strength of ABS; The experimental results show that the one-step production FuJu amplification EBR latex after made after the impact strength of ABS resin than the small size FuJu magnified by EBR latex made of ABS resin after the impact strength to high; In gm nameplate ABS resin by adding high production relative molecular mass feeding method, SAN bead can improve the impact strength of ABS resin, but will reduce the melt flow rate of ABS resin; When the matrix phase SAN bead material acrylonitrile content is not more than ABS grafted powder 2% of acrylonitrile content, preparation of ABS resin impact strength is higher; Through adjusting ABS grafted powder, SAN bead materials and high molecular weight SAN bead material mixing ratio, realizing the development of new brand ABS resin.
