Large-scale development and utilization of coal bring human not only the huge economic efficiency and social efficiency, but also to human survival environment created a series of negative effects, including coal mining subsidence problem increasingly. Mining subsidence area ecological restoration and management, directly related to the mining area of regional economy and social stability, ecological environment, but also related to the sustainable development of mining area, is our country mining area faced a problem to be solved. This paper mainly a huainan coal mine mining subsidence environmental effects and its ecological restoration techniques are studied, and concretely analyzed huainan coal mining for surface water pollution, fly ash's impact on the environment and gangue environmental effects, for huainan diggings environmental pollution were monitored, and tests the huainan diggings around in water salinity, COD, acidity, harmful metal elements in the content of water quality index, evaluation and analysis the coal mining subsidence of water pollution, it is concluded that the water pollution and coal distribution has close relation. And in the light of huainan diggings jpmorgan chase ore, analyzing proposed drift mining ecological restoration techniques and water pollution treatment techniques, this paper expounds the datong coal wetland ecological restoration importance, according to specific characteristic is easy to implement, and puts forward several important model, including land reclamation and ecological recovery technology, subsidence area vegetation restoration techniques, subsidence area large water ecological restoration and development technology, the sankey agriculture mode, tourist entertainment model, dynamic development utilization mode, and discusses the feasibility of the implementation of ecological restoration techniques, it is concluded that the mining subsidence of ecological restoration feasibility measures, for mine environment government provide some theoretical guidance basis and technical guidance...
