The pollution of PAHs in soil has been paying more and more attention. The main factors of impact that the migration and transformation in the water and soil medium is the organic matter(such as Humus acid ect.)content and fractions. In order to have a thorough study on PAHs migration and transformation law in soil, this paper select anthracene as the representative material for PAHs to discuss.First further discussion the determination methods of anthracene, and also study the determination method and extraction methods of humic acid from soils.Based on this study, analysis the soil and soil Humus acid (HA and FA) absorption law of anthracene.By experiment and data analysis, have the following conclusions:(1)In this study, potassium permanganate was found to be capable of oxid izing humus acid and causing chemiluminescence reaction. The chemiluminescence dynamic curve of KMnO4-humus acid system was drawn, the reaction conditions wer e optimized, and a new chemiluminescence analysis method to determine humic acid i n loess was established with the linear range from 1×10-1 to 1×102 mg/L (R=0.9989) and detection range of 8×10-8g/mL.And the calculated relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.98%. and standard recovery tests were conducted at the same time, with the st andard recovery rate of the samples between 94.0% and 114%.(2)Establish a method of determination anthracene content in soil. Analysis and comparison of fluorescence spectrum oxygenated 365nm in arousing the light, one of th e largest launch, the maximum peak appearing light intensity in 402nm.The reaction co nditions were optimized, molecular fluorescent method was established with the linear r ange from 1×10-1 to 5mg/L (R=0.9991) and detection range of 8×10-3mg/L. and the ca lculated relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.74%(n=11). And standard recovery tes ts were conducted at the same time, with the standard recovery rate of the samples b etween 86.6%and98.7%.(3)Humus acid (HU) was separated into Humic acid and Fulvic acid.Research on Adsorption Kinetics of HU,HA,FA,we found the adsorption equilibrium time of H U,HA was about 1 h, FA adsorption equilibrium time is 20min,them are fast absorpt ion. HU,HA,FA of isothermal adsorption model, Comparison Henry model, Temkin model, Freundlich model, and Langmuir model, we found Temkin models fitting degre e is the highest. Comparison and analysis of the FTIR(Fourier transform infrared spect rophotometer) of FA and HA,speculated that the FA adsorption capacity is bigger than HA. Maybe due to the FA have more aromatic groups than HA.(4)Determinate of the humus acid content in different kinds of soils. We see that the greater the humus acid content with the correspondingly lower soil particle. Contrast the adsorption capacity of humus acid(pure)and soil, humus acid(pure) absorbability is stronger than the soil adsorption ability. But adsorption of anthracene on humus acid is not the Main reasons of adsorption of anthracene in soil.Soil system is very complex, the adsorption of anthracene still need further discussion.
