The erosion of blast furnace lining is of great significance for the life of blast furnace and safety and efficiency of blast furnace production. Based on the analysis and research of the blast furnace lining erosion prediction system this paper boils the problem of blast furnace lining erosion down to a problem of two-dimensional steady-state heat conduction, analyzes and research the conductivity of Blast Furnace Lining with finite element, and designs the erosion curve calibration methods to get the purpose of detecting erosion of blast furnace.This paper decomposes the methods into two aspects of the direct problem and the inverse problem. The direct questions should assume an erosion curve, use the finite element method to calculate the rigid matrix and the thermal matrix in blast section, and then calculate the temperature of each point in the blast furnace. In the process of dispersing the blast section, this paper advances the Delaunay triangulation improved algorithm which could applies to any triangle, not only solves the partition problem actively, but also reaches the algorithm complexity of o ( n? logn).The inverse problem should compare the actual temperature of thermocouple with the calculated temperature in the direct questions, and continuously correct the assumptive erosion curve, until it reaches a reasonable error range. In the revising module, we use the combination of cursory revising and small revising, make the revising work completed very well, and shorten the time of calculation.This paper achieves the method of the analysis to software; the software is applied to certain production of domestic blast furnace, and analysis the results and data. We prove the stability, validity and reliability of the algorithm. The actual data and manual data calculation results show that the proposed approach is feasible and reliable.
