The blast furnace temperature is an important factor which can affect the security and stabilityof blast furnace and its longevity. In order to achieve the stability of the blast furnace temperaturecontrol, after many researchers a lot of experimental research, the researchers made significantbreakthrough in the field of extend the service life of blast furnace. But there only a small portion ofthe blast furnace life can reach8~10years in our country, most of the blast furnace can justlymaintain3~5years. Based on this problem, this article through real-time monitoring of temperaturemeasuring temperature value and the length of the rods, at the same time,according to thetemperature measurement value and the length of the rods to real-time correction of blast furnacewall temperature of the inner surface, to guide the master by adjusting the cooling water flow rate toachieve real-time monitoring of blast furnace lining the inner surface temperature change trend, canmake the blast furnace normal operation and achieve the purpose of longevity.Blast furnace lining thickness and temperature of study mainly includes the following contents:1. Blast furnace lining the inner surface temperature and the blast furnace lining thicknessmeasurement is difficult to directly measure in modern large blast furnace, aimed at the problem,this article has designed two kinds of blast furnace lining thickness and temperature measuringdevice, the similarities are measured by detecting rod real-time length to infer the blast furnacelining real-time thickness, one dimensional temperature measuring device and the three dimensionaltemperature measuring device is the difference of temperature sensor setting position.2. According to the domestic some actual structure and size, combined with the structure of thetemperature measuring device for blast furnace lining temperature to established simulation model,through ANSYS finite element software to simulation calculation problem of heat transfer (byresearch the data to achieve the furnace gas compound heat transfer coefficient, the coefficient ofconvective heat transfer of cooling wall and cooling water, outside surface of blast furnace and theconvective heat transfer coefficient between the air), thus, it is concluded that temperature fielddistribution. In this article, the nine different thickness of the blast furnace lining has carried on thesimulation, according to the temperature of each node in the simulation value of the sensor layoutmethod and number to numerical analysis, we can conclude that one-dimensional and three-dimensional temperature measuring device on the number of sensors layout and location. 3. For gain the temperature field distribution of blast furnace lining the inner surface, thisarticle adopted the conjugate gradient method for blast furnace lining the inner surface temperatureinversion calculation. Positive for temperature measuring point by point series of temperature,combining with the measured value of the temperature measuring points the minimum value of theobjective function. When point series satisfy the convergence condition of the objective function, wethink that the point of initial guess value is the inner surface temperature of blast furnace lining.4. In the blast furnace lining the inner surface temperature inversion calculation, need toget real-time detection wand (blast furnace lining thickness) length and the measured value ofthe temperature sensor. This article designs the hardware of the system and related to thecircuit, to realize the acquisition of measurement value of temperature sensor and ultrasonictransducer. According to the hardware circuit signal acquisition process for temperaturemeasuring device has carried on the design of software, and through the USB communicationmode would transmit the measured data is the highest level computer for further processing.
