In recent years, people pay attention on water pollution problems, especially industrial emissions, refractory organic wastewater is causing the main sources of water environmental deterioration, so research development and application of chemical water treatment in large new process technology, effectively remove difficult degradable organic matter in water is critical. Our country's water environment quality was gradually worse, severe water shortages would lead to the whole human survival threats. Seeking safety economic process and strengthen urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment is a priority. In the process of sewage, which has been doing a lot of basic research work. This experiment is for ozone catalytic three-phase fluidized bed flow characteristics, research three-phase system, to realize new reactor design and engineering magnification, provides the reliable foundation data.This experiment in view of some fixed bed reactor that has some shortage in present, the operation convenient new-style design of fluidized bed reactor. And through the different size particles in the bed of the performance parameters of the device, each property investigated the influence of fluidization of fluidized bed, catalyst, pH on wastewater treatment effect.This paper is based on small experiment, according to the characteristics of chemical wastewater, study on pretreatment of organic Benzene wastewater by Catalytic Oxidation of Three-phase Fluidized Bed. This experiment is the only consider a single material processing, chose nitrobenzene as object. Base on the principle and three-phase fluidized bed fluidized the characteristic parameters, catalyst concentration, catalyst dosing quantity, liquid, gas flow velocity, it is concluded that the study, pH in pH in 7-8, between the carrier for the selection of particle 2mm Al2O3, load Fe, Mn metal ions is ratio of 1:4 iron and manganese, reaction temperature is normal, liquid at room temperature for 0.008 m/s velocity, the gas flow 0.6 m3/h, catalyst concentration of 8%, catalyst dosing quantity for removal of nitrobenzene 160g, for the 4-instar larva.Finally, by the three-phase fluidized bed ozone catalytic oxidation of mixed samples, the result shows that the treatment, and decline, COD with time, COD removal would increase in to increase, but to a certain time, removal COD removal efficiency of stable can reach above 60%. At this time of water can further processing, may meet biological treatment.
