Recently coagulation-precipitation-titanium dioxide (TiO2) photo catalytic oxidation technology in the treatment of hardly degradable organics gains more and more attention of the scholars. The main topic is to simplify the photo catalytic reactor design. The change of treatment volume 25l/h-50l/h and hydraulic retention time 1h-2h is according to the wastewater quality in the photo catalytic reactor. Coagulation pre-treatment with the conventional treatment units combination forms a new coagulation-precipitation-photo catalytic process. By theoretical calculation, the size and specifications of coagulation and settling tank was determined. And by calculating the head loss, the installed height between various devices is established.The use of the technology and equipment on the anionic surface Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonates (LAS), Humic acid (HA), the mixed organic compounds have a high removal rate. The result showed that:when the Al2(SO4)3 coagulation dosage was 03mmol/l by coagulation pretreatment, TiO2 photo catalytic process on the 70mg/l of Humic acid removal rate reached 86%; when Al2(SO4)3 coagulation dosages was 0.25mmol/l, the process on the 100mg/l of the LAS treatment was more then 94% removal; when Al2(SO4)3 Coagulation dosage was 0.4mmol/l, The process on the 20mg of dimethoate,70mg/l of Humic acid and 80mg/l of LAS mixture COD decrease rate was 80%. The COD concentration of effluent was about 45mg/1 and reach the national reuse standard.At the same time by coagulation-precipitation-photo catalytic to treat railway truck wash waste water. The optimization results of the dynamic test showed that:With the increase of hydraulic retention time and intensity of UV light exposure, organic matter was degraded efficiently. The treatment of wash waste water of Shenyang Dacheng railway station, the effluent water was to meet the national discharge and reuse standards.
