The mining and occurrence condition of big inclined seam coal are both more complicated than the gently inclined seam coal, the movement failure laws of overlying rock is correctly analyzed, Pressure behavior law is mastered, which are Key issues to ensure safe mining in big inclined seam face.In this study, relying on the project which is undertaken by teacher, the project Which is hydraulic prop supporting face caving coal feasibility and key technology research for the sub-level caving in extremely soft seam of steep coal mine.With the methods of site investigation, the similar simulation and theoretical analysis, pressure behavior laws and movement laws of overlying rock are mainly researched.Through the rock mechanics test, the physical and mechanical parameters of coal is obtained; by similar simulation, the displacement laws of overlying rock, roof weighting step and stress distribution of roof are studied; by site measurement, have been inclined seam mining in pressure behavior; based on the characteristics of mineral pressure Obtained, the stability of working face and anti-down, non-slip technology are proposed.Above results provide a basic for the steep unstable thick seam caving hydraulic prop and key technologies for mining the feasibility.
