Thick coal seam of coal resources in our country has proven reserves of coal in a proportion of 33% above. Large mining height are broken open the calculation technology gradually become one of the main mining technology thick coal seam open distance. Taking XinAn coal mine 1402 big bright high mining as the background, through the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, similar material test and field industrial test, the combination of research of the thick coal seam fully mechanized mining face of strata movement rule and control. Mastery of the working face mine pressure characteristics and distribution of abutment pressure, thick coal seam stope roof weighting mechanism are obtained. First embarks from the theoretical basis, the paper analyzes the sublevel caving stope support pressure and strata movement rule theory; Combined with the actual, the similar material simulation experiment in the laboratory, get the mining face, the motion law of roof, floor and the regularity of deformation and failure, put forward prediction for into the mine pressure management and supporting measures and basic data. Analog simulation combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation and laboratory test were analyzed, and the face of the large mining height are broken surrounding rock stress distribution and migration regularity of overlying strata is studied, conclusion stope roof weighting interval and strength, stope forepole scope and other important parameters, and compared with similar material experiment; Combined with the problem in the field of stope control, thick coal seam fully-mechanized sublevel stope support scheme is put forward, the field test, improved the working face roof and floor control state, improves the release rate of the top-coal is to ensure the mine safety production.
