Beichen coalfield, nearby the Subei fault, part of the Huaibei tectonic zone, is influenced by geological movement, so its geological conditions is complex and intruded by magmatic rock, which makes the gas increase and several coal and gas outbursts. Now, gas outburst has been the prime disaster and it restricts the development of the coalmine.In this dissertation, by analysis the geologic structure and its evolution of the region and coalmine, we get the tectonic characteristics of the coalmine. Based the data of geological exploration and the relation between magmatic rock and tectonization, we know the law of the magmatic rock intrusion and analyze the metamorphism and the influence that the magmatic rock makes to the coal seam. We also get the law of gas occurrence of the coalmine and find the controlling factors: the burial depth, the intrusion of magmatic rock, geologic structure, which controls the gas in the coal, by collecting the historical data, determining the content of coal seam methane underground, analyzing in the lab and parameter estimation. Based the law of the gas occurrence and determined data including the coal mass, we analyse the risk of coal and gas outburst, predict the area with outburst danger according to the"Rules", and have the comslusion.The conclusion of this dissertation that the law of the gas occurrence and prediction the outburst area, can be used to guide the production and supply a theoretical foundation for the next mining in the depth.
