With the development of our country's steel, the emissions of Steel slag were increased year by year.The wasting of resources, pollution of environmental and damage of ecological landscape were all caused by the lost quantity from the steel slag slope,and it also do not accord with circular economy and sustainable development of the basic state policy. Recently, the utilization of steel slag in China are still far lower than the average level in the world. Steel slag "zero emission"makes the steel enterprise currently facing more urgent task thanks to the 1025 "national" plan issued the index that the comprehensive utilization of steel slag reach to 86%.In this paper,we focus on the work behavior and gel performance of the new steel slag two-shot grouting materials.The research indicates as follows: The new steel slag two-shot grouting materials can completely replace the application of cement as grouting material. For it possess well work behavior and gel time can adjustable from a few seconds to a few minutes, the 28d compressive strength of stones body over 20Mpa. The hydration properties of grouting materials and microstructure were studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermal analyses, ascertained its hydration mechanism and the formation process of structure.The new steel slag two-shot grouting material is a kind of green grouting material that energy efficiency, environmental protection and non-pollution,etc. In order to meet the demand for industrial production,also developed a new type of magnetic separation- dry type permanent magnetic separators for steel slag powder.A new magnetic separator is designed and manufactured in order to meet the need magnetic of steel slag. The magnetic rollers are manufactured in series to make a CG2 multi-gradient, multi-roll, permanent magnetic separator, which is proved in the experiments.
