Cement-based grouting material is made of high-strength materials as aggregate,cement as a cementing material,and mixed with high mobility,micro-expansion properties such as admixture or admixture.In engineering applications only need to add a certain amount of water mixing can meet the construction requirements of high-performance non-shrinkage grouting material.In recent years,China's steel production increased year by year,but the steel slag emissions close to 100 million tons,but compared with the traditional admixture of fly ash,slag,steel slag utilization is low,So steel slag in the application of the project has a better prospect.In this paper,the composition and structure of steel slag are analyzed to explore the relationship between the composition and the gelation performance.Then the basic mix proportion of grouting material is designed,and then orthogonal experiment of admixture optimization is carried out to determine the assembly grouting material.And then the slag on behalf of the sand preparation of grouting material test to study the slag on behalf of the sand on the performance of grouting material,and finally the steel slag composite slag mixed powder preparation of grouting material test,the basic mix in the grouting material and composite powder to replace cement a certain The work performance and mechanical properties of different proportion of slag and slag powder grouting material were discussed.The most closely packed proportion of quartz sand is determined by orthogonal test.10-20 mesh:20-40 mesh:40-70 mesh:70-120 mesh is 1:1:2:3.The optimum dosage of superplasticizer is 1.0%,and the ratio of sand to cement is 1:1.2.Fly ash content of the best 5%,but the fly ash on the early strength of grouting material greater impact,so consider not in the grouting material used in mineral admixture of fly ash,the best dosage of mineral powder 20%;Silica fume as admixture,the best silica fume content of 1%.The optimum content of expansion agent is 8%.The optimum content of defoamer is 0.6%.The results showed that the best fluidity of the grout was 0.28,0.8%,8%and 0.6%,respectively.The initial fluidity of the grout was 300mm,30min The flow rate of 280mm,Id,3d,28d flexural strength of 7.8MPa,8.7MPa,13.9MPa,Id,3d,28d compressive strength of 42.9MPa,67.2MPa,81.6MPa,1d vertical expansion rate of 0.066%,To achieve the cement-based grouting material to the assembly of building grouting material conversion.It is feasible to prepare the grouting material on the behalf of the slag instead of the quartz sand,and the substitution quantity is between 5%and 10%.When the slag content is 5%,the fluidity is 315mm,1d,3d,28d,the strength is 34.9MPa,52.7MPa,66.2MPa,which can meet the requirements of cement Grouting material of the national standard grouting material.Slag slag composite powder to replace the Portland cement 30%constant,the amount of steel slag powder 10%,20%slag powder dosage of slag powder and slag powder ratio of 1:2,the initial flow can be prepared 320mm,Id,3d,28d.The compressive strength was 24.4MPa,46MPa and 72.8MPa.The cementitious grouting material with the vertical expansion rate of 0.072%in 1d was found to meet the basic requirements of grouting material.
