The theme of the dissertation is mainly about the two section:1. Synthesis and optical properties of unsymmetrical conjugated dendrons terminated with isophthalate esterThe synthesis of dendrimers with nonlinear optical activity is very popular nowadays due to their uses in optical communication, optical calculator and so on.Nonlinear optics, Nonlinear optical material and the synthesis and use of dendrimer with nonlinear optical activity are recommended in this dissertation. Dendrimer of phenylacetylene series with good nonlinear optical activity has been synthesized. The main part of this issue can be summarized as follows:Isophthalate ester has been synthesized from dimethy-1,5-aminoisophthalate step by step. Compound 12 and 8 has been prepared from 1,2-dimethoxybenzene and 2-methoxyphenol.G1 has been synthesized from 4 and 11 by Sonogashira reaction. G2-OH(13) has been synthesized from 4 and 6.Then corresponding conjugated Dendrons G2-Tf(14) have been prepared from Trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride and G2-OH(13).G2 has been prepared from G2-Tf(14) and 12.G3-OH(15) has been synthesized from G2-Tf(14) and 8.Then G3-Tf (16) has been synthesized from G3-OH(15) and Trifluoromethanesulfonic.G3 has been successfully synthesized with compound 12 and G3-Tf (16).G1,G2,G3 optical properties are studied.2.
