The municipal domestic waste output increased greatly because of the development of economy and population, meanwhile, the proportion of organic components in waste enhanced unceasingly. Landfill is the most important approach to municipal domestic waste treatment at the present time. The biogas which contained 60%~70% methane had high thermal value. So it is focused in the situation of energy crisis. Now technologies of power generation and heating are developed. Biogas is a new efficient green energy which has more vast development space and multiple economic and environmental benefit.Aiming at the corrosion of equipment and health harmfulness caused by H2S in the course of biogas collecting, pretreatment, resource utilization, the subject further researched the technology of H2S removal and applyed which to industrial projects. This technology reduced the maintenance cost and extended service life of the biogas equipments, guaranteed the resource utilization of biogas.This article built a cycle desulfurization system which selected EDTA as the complexing agent for ferric salt. The self-made mixture gas which simulate biogas was used as gas-source. And the result showed that the chelated iron desulfurization system had stable operation and achieved a high effectiveness of 90% above. The degradation rate of desulfurizer was low and a vast amount of element sulfur could be recycled, there was considerable economic benefit.In the experiment of H2S removing by bio-trickling filter, the desulfurizing-bacteria got from aeration tank in municipal sewage plant of Suo jincun was domesticated and cultivated, and then biofilm colonization was finished on fillers. The gas coming from anaerobic fermentation of restaurant garbage was used as gas-source. And the result showed that the bio-trickling filter desulfurization system had stable operation, the outlet concentration could reach to several tens ppm even just zero when the inlet concentration was above 10000ppm, there was a ultrahigh rate desulfurization.
