Semi water gas is a kind of important raw material gas in the coal chemical industry,where the desulfurization has very important significance.The complex iron desulfurization technology for the use of saturated sulfur capacity,complex iron desulfurization agent green and high-profile,widely used in foreign countries,the most commonly used complex iron desulfurization technology with LO-CAT technology.In recent years,because of its high gravity technology to overcome the traditional mass transfer tower equipment in low efficiency,large volume of equipment,the process of regeneration has industrial application value.Absorption of H2 S and regeneration of rich amine solution belong to the gas-liquid mass transfer process,the application of high gravity rotating packed bed can effectively overcome the defects of mass transfer low efficiency,large area,large amount of liquid circulation of traditional tower equipment.My research group developed a kind of complex iron desulfurization formula in our laboratory,which was applied in high gravity desulfurization and rich liquid regeneration field with good effect.The pilot The pilot process is a bridge between conversion of laboratory achievements and industrial application.This topic is proposed on the basis of the previous studies.In this paper,Toyoki fertilizer plant semi water gas the branch is the source of hydrogen sulfide,iron desulfurization project complex solution formula is from previously development,rotating packed beds were applied both in desulfurization and regeneration domain,this pilot study was conducted to investigate the performance of desulfurization liquid formulations and rotating packed bed.In the paper,we analyzes the factors affecting the desulfurization process,using 100m3/h semi water gas as the benchmark,the material balance,design and select the main equipment,determine the process.The test was discussed from the desulfurization,regeneration,sulfur separation,finally get the optimum operation conditions with gas liquid 80m3/h,flow rate is1.6m3/h,the desulfurization of rotating packed bed super gravity factor is 130;the suitable regeneration conditions of desulfurization rich solution,air flow rate is 240m3/h,the high gravity factor regeneration of rotating packed bed is 110 under the condition of the desulfurization rate of more than 98%,two level of desulfurization rich solution regeneration rate reached 90%,with selection of industrial recycling equipment.In the process of continuous operation,the investigation of stability of desulfurization liquid,separation of sulfur particles.The results show that the stability of desulfurizer is better.Through the analysis of the content of sulfur and sulfur balance,the actual measuring value accounted for the theoretical value of 87.25% results The results show that the sulfur separation is obvious,and the performance of the sulfur particle settling agent is excellentIn this paper,using H2 S in semi water gas as raw materials to replace the gas simulation laboratory,the experimental scale to pilot scale,H2 S absorption,desulfurization rich solution regeneration and recovery of sulfur particles continuous integration will be efficient complex iron desulfurization agent with high gravity technology coupling,for further research and the industrialization amplifier of complex iron desulfurization process has important practical significance.Through super gravity complex iron removing H2 S in semi water gas in the pilot process,we can promote the technology of high gravity complex iron coupling application process of industrialization.
