Analysis On Opening Access Of Sewage Treatment Industry

With the development of economy and improvement of urbanization, urban water pollution problem is becoming more and more noticeable. The common issues about waste water are as follows:the large amounts of sewage discharging, the lacking of sewage treatment facilities, and the low treatment rate of sewage as well as low pipelines using rate. Lots scholars majored in various fields from home and abroad have made some relative researches in respects of social, economy, environment and systems.This essay starts from the vertical relationship of industry chain theory in industrial economics, and then makes a research about the reform of vertical relationship about sewage treatment, especially the opening access problem, based on the sewage treatment cases in our own country.Firstly, on basis of the predecessors'research,â… concluded a theory foundation on the reform of sewage treatment.Secondly, a practical foundation on changing the vertical integration model had been put forward:the model of vertical integration leads to a serious administrative monopoly, an inefficiency economy, the loss of social welfare which is a result of regional investment and I also make an analysis on the results of opening access under the vertical integrationThirdly,â… point out the current situation and backwards of sewage treatment opening access with practical examples.â… also analyze the acting ability of all main parts on opening access based on the Stakeholder Theory, and point out the phenomenon of market ineffectiveness and ineffectiveness of the government on opening access.At last, countermeasures and suggestions of opening access on sewage treatments will be put forward based on the experience of foreign countries.
