With the development of science and technology, the technology of deep hole processing is widely used in mechanical processing field, and requires higher quality, especially for machining accuracy. Deep hole boring is a way to improve the precision of the deep hole processing, which can calibrate holes'defects by itself.Pulling boring machine is one of the most important equipment to manufacture deep hole parts. during the deep hole boring, the special machining environment restrains boring bar's size and shape, causing small diameter, long extended length, boring bar's rigidity weakness, and easy vibration in the processing, which will seriously affect machining quality.This paper researches the process of cutting the boring bar, whose draw ratio is 50. The dynamic equation of the boring bar system is solved accurately; its dynamics performance is analyzed and its structure is optimized by use of the software ANSYS. Including below:Firstly, this paper's research begins from the classification of deep hole's processing series and its forms of exercise. An application of the finite element model makes an analysis of the boring bar of statics, and analyzes the stressed deformation during the pull boring and push boring lever to provide mechanical basis for boring to push into pull boring, and researches the dynamic characteristic of boring rod structure. Through the analysis of the modal, we get top 10 order natural frequency. We analyze harmonic response on basis of it and draw a conclusion that the boring bar will produce the action of the frequency of resonating under external excitation to provide dynamic basis for pushing boring into pulling boring.Secondly, this paper analyses the impact of different diameter boring bar to torsional vibration and transverse vibration, using finite element to analyze software ANSYS again and the static of the whole boring bar system and get all of poles deflection and relations of stress; Meanwhile analyze the shapes of elastic support by statics, get the influence of different shapes of elastic support in deep hole thing.Finally, the boring bar's parameterization model is built by the ANSYS parametric designing language, and the section diameter of hollow boring bar is regarded as a design variable to optimize for getting the best solution.
