Driven by market demand, China's soybean protein isolate production enterprises have developed rapidly. Manufacturers of high concentrations of emissions from soy protein wastewater is also increasing rapidly. With soy protein wastewater discharge capacity, easy to rancidity, high concentrations of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus content higher characteristic, the conventional treatment process is difficult to discharge standards, and to find cost-effective treatment methods become a research hotspot in recent years.Currently, the domestic consumer groups continue to expand, more and more large-scale, annual growth rate of 20%. As social and economic development and lifestyle changes, has developed into the world of beer production and consumption of alcohol in the wine from the largest. Beer industry, followed by an increase in wastewater of beer. In China, each producing about beer 1t 10~20m3 of wastewater generated, the country is about beer wastewater 4.0×108m3/a. Brewery waste water is a high concentration of organic wastewater (as compared with domestic sewage), according to the relevant department of statistics, to produce 1 ton of beer wastewater generated by its biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) is equivalent to 1.4 million people live every day of sewage generated BOD values of suspended solids (SS) value is equivalent to 0.8 million sewage generated every day of the SS value. If these waste water treatment and direct discharge, will seriously pollute the rivers, water and ecology, a major impact on the environment. Therefore, the full realization of beer wastewater treatment discharge standards or reuse tasks are urgent, urgent need to provide technical support.With the development of technology, development and environment have become increasingly prominent. To achieve sustainable development. Must attach great importance to environmental protection, environmental issues by the community so more and more attention. Among them, water scarcity, water pollution and ecological deterioration of water environment has become a major constraint on development. Beer industry wastewater as a water pollution as part of its wastewater treatment technology is causing environmental and technical personnel are highly valued. The current brewery wastewater treatment has some shortcomings, so to find an economical and effective treatment of brewery wastewater is an urgent need to address the problem.In this paper, strong beer wastewater biodegradability, higher concentrations of the characteristics of soy protein wastewater easy to rancidity, high concentrations of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus content higher characteristic, select the room temperature anaerobic baffled reactor (referred to as the ABR) treatment of brewery wastewater and soy protein wastewater. Order to investigate anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) treatment of brewery wastewater and the effectiveness of soy protein and its operational characteristics of waste water an effective volume of 43L with a five-room ABR cells tested. A phased manner to improve the concentration of influent COD to acclimated sludge and increase the load.In operation 80d,the researchers investigated the situation and the start and the effects of organic loading. The results showed that: Harbin Wenchang wastewater treatment plant sludge after dehydration treatment as the seed sludge, MLVSS in the sludge inoculum was 15.0 g·L-1, influent COD concentration of 800mg·L-1, HRT 20h, (32±1)℃and other conditions, can be successfully launched in 24 days and reached a preliminary stable operation, COD removal rate reached 96%; ABR also has a strong resistance to impact load, when the influent COD concentration increased to 1800mg·L-1, the OLR was 2.16kg·m-3d-1, ABR able to achieve safe and stable operation, the COD removal rate stabilized at about 97%.Through analysis of several studies indicate that efficient anaerobic reactor as the main process of anaerobic treatment systems, sewage treatment process can save investment,reducing energy consumption and operating costs,and the treatment effect is relatively good, is a water treatment technology is highly attractive, worthy of further application, especially in developing countries, relatively backward economy . Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) as a new and efficient reactor,has a simple structure, low investment, operation stability, shock load capability, high efficiency series of advantages for dealing with various concentrations of wastewater.
