As a qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools to environmental impact assessment life cycle assessment method is applied to the whole life cycle of product, process or activities. This method can be applied to evaluate resource consumption and environmental pollutants discharge of the whole life cycle. On the basis of brief introduction to the concept, development and application on life cycle assessment based, this paper have established life cycle assessment model in view of the present situation of Forestry (Pulp) and Paper-making Industry integration, and established the impact assessment model on environmental impacts of global warming, acidification, eutrophication, photochemical ozone oxidation, soot, solid waste, biological toxicity in Forestry (Pulp) and Paper-making Industry life cycle.Using the life cycle assessment method, this paper analyze Forestry (Pulp) and Paper-making Industry in GuangXi. Results show that environmental impact potential numbers of global warming, acidification, eutrophication, photochemical ozone oxidation, soot, solid waste, biological toxicity in Forestry (Pulp) and Paper-making Industry production cycle are 0.252,5.295×10-2,3.508×10-2,6.153×10-3,1.932×10-2,1.000,3.335×10-9, in which the impact caused by solid waste is the biggest and should be paid more attention.materials and energy consumption are also analyzed in research. As the result of timber consumption per ton is 1450kg/t, water consumption is 23.425m3/t, energy consumption is 1325.29kg/t, and energy consumption on transport is 1.22kg(gas)/t(paper).According to multianalysis of the environmental impact, raw materials consumption and energy consumption, this paper is trying to find opportunities to reduce them and guide enterprise to cleaner production. From reasonably use of five aspects about resources, optimization of production process, no organization pollution controls, controls of solid waste pollution recycling, terminal treatment. Resources are allocated reasonably to control every links which may cause pollutions, so as to achieve the aims to prevent and reduce pollution, realize the economic environment and the sustainable development of the human society.
