Evaluation On The Soil Environmental Quality And Risk Assessment For The Soil Pollution Of Key Regions In Harbin

Soil is as the important natural resource for the subsistence and development of the mankind. The environment quality of the soil is directly related to the safety of agricultural products and has a profound impact on people's healthy. In recent years, the soil pollution was getting serious, the environment quality of the soil was getting degraded and the sustainable development was faced with serious challenges.To protect the soil environment and strengthen its service functions on the human society, we should protect and governance the soil environment. In this paper, the relationship between humans and the soil environment as a starting point, make main consideration on the impact of the soil chemical properties on the soil environmental quality and focus on the background values of soil elements, heavy metals, organic and inorganic pollutants.We took Harbin as the research object in this paper. Harbin city was located in the core area of the nature-society-economic cycle in Heilongjiang Province, the surrounding entironment was good, it had much fertile black soil and it was the important part of the state commercial grain base in Heilongjiang Province. Meanwhile, Harbin was the important part of the old industrial bases in Northeast China, which indicated that there might be greater risk to the environmental pollution in key areas related to environmental pollution.In order to investigate the soil environment pollution in Harbin, we selected some typical large enterprises in the key polluting industries, the main vegetable bases and social concerned environmental hot spots as the monitoring objects. According to "The regulations of the sample analysis and testing technology in the national investigation of soil pollution" and "The regulations of the farm product sample collection and analysis and testing technology in the national investigation of soil pollution", we made divisions to the risk assessment and security of soil pollution in Harbin and took a comprehensive and integrated analysis and evaluation on the soil environmental quality and pollution characteristics, from three aspects as the physical and chemical properties of soil, inorganic pollutants, organic pollutants.The results were showed as follows:the overall environment quality of the soil in Harbin was good, the soil pollution in some areas couldn't be ignored, and we had much responsibility on protecting the ecological environment in rural and forest soils; the soil pollution in key areas was widespread, the pollution types was closely related to the pollution sources, some part areas are heavily polluted, there was a big risk in the soil of the heavy pollution enterprises and their surroundings and the typical vegetable bases were not optimistic; the causes of the soil pollution were complex and varied and we should look out and control the trend of the soil pollution expansion.
