In dual-axial motion control systems, Because every axial motion control system, exist response delay,inconsistencies,parameter mismatch and load disturbances, makes problems such as the interaction between the axis is dynamic, thus each moving axis tracking error of uncoordinated will reflect on to outline, is outline error. Cross coupling control strategy can solve the axis of dynamic effect better, between the outline of problems caused by error precision, but for nonlinear trajectory curve, and other high-speed high precision machining control, cross coupling control performance is limited, and exposed some limitations. But between two axis joined in variable gain cross coupling controller, according to each axis feedback information and interpolation value, the contour error model revise, to seek the best gain law of compensation, and will compensate for the axis modified information feedback, so as to achieve the purpose of contour error compensation, and made some control effect.This paper will applied variable gain cross coupling control in dual-axial servo motion control system, using its advantages in any path can improve the contour error to improve dual-axial servo system control precision, caused by each axis dynamic characteristics does not match and load disturbances. In this paper, we mainly do the work for five aspects.1) Introduces to linear servo system for dual-axis mathematical model.it introduced basic structure and basic principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Second, deduces the mathematics model. The discussion above all for the subsequent controller algorithm provides a basis for research.2) Detailed analysis to linear servo system for dual-axis into contour error analysis and control strategy. Two axis control system has tracking error and contour error. This paper analyzes the two different trajectories, and get the error of general control algorithm, concluded the two axis motion coordination of two kinds of control strategy.3) Detailed analysis to linear servo system for dual-axis into control system designation. This article design two controller, it is respectively variable gain cross coupling controller, and the variable gain with PDFF cross coupling controller, Mainly introduces the theory of each controller mathematical foundation, basic idea, design method, mathematical model and so on.4) In Matlab/Simulink platform built dual-axial variable cross coupling control system respectively, supplied a simulation model of linear servo system dual-axis platform two kinds of control ways, has a computer simulation. Finally the results are a comparative analysis. The simulation experiment results demonstrate that the control algorithm is feasible, and the system has good dynamic and static characteristic, have better quickness and robustness.5) In the end, we summarize the whole system, the design of this system and the existing problems of the follow-up research work are put forward their views.
