| Chlorine dioxide gas is so active and unstable that it is difficult to make into compressed gas. And the liquid chlorine dioxide is too volatile to concentrate. So the use of chlorine dioxide is limited. Stabilized chlorine dioxide solution has many disadvantages, such as the content of water is too much, low effective constituent of chlorine dioxide, and needing to add acid activator, ect. In this article, we presented the preparation and research of solid chlorine dioxide.(1) Because sodium chlorite and solid acid could react to generate chlorine dioxide, so mangy experiments have been done confirm the best ingredients of the activate system. In the research, the different mass ratios of sodium chlorite and active system have been discussed by activate effectiveness. The active system was constituted by acidifier, activator, passivator. At last, We have obtained:①It could get satisfactory effect when adopt acid X and acid Y as acidification agent, and the mass ratios of the two acids with sodium chlorate were both 5:3.②In the system of acid X, when using activator A as activator, the conversion of sodium chlorate was the largest, and the mass ratio of sodium chlorite with activator A was 1:1.③In the system of acid Y, activator B had the best effect of activation, and the best effect happens when the quality ratio was 5:3.④The stability of the system could get certain security when using magnesium sulfate and calcium chloride as passivator.(2) Because of theβ-CD has cavity structure, utilized this characteristic and studied the inclusion process ofβ-CD and sodium chlorite. Takedβ-CD as the subject of inclusion process, and sodium chlorate as the object inclusion process, observe several factors which could influence the effect of inclusion process, such as molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time. The inclusion process has been optimized by orthogonal experiments. We analyzed the inclusion product by using the infrared spectroscopy. At last, we prepared a kind of powder with sodium chlorate-β-CD. The results of the study show that: the ideal inclusion process could be gotten when the molar ratio ofβ-CD and sodium chlorate was 3:2, the reaction temperature was 30℃,the revolving speed keeped 350 r/min and the reaction time was 4h. The experimental results have verified that the inclusion product was NaClO2-β-CD inclusion complex by infrared spectroscopy.(3) The effects of different binder and lubricants to the quality of the tablets have been preliminarily researched; and the effect of use and storage by vesicant and coating materials was also studied. The results of the study showed that, the hardness and friability could meet the requirements when usingβ-CD as binder, as a lubricant, magnesium stearate had many good effects than talcum powder, it could effectively promoted the tablet dissolve and the release of chlorine dioxide when using sodium bicarbonate as foaming agent; it could effectively increased the stability of the tablets and got ideal effect when using coating technology.(4) According to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2005 version) and Technical Standard for Disinfection (2005version), the performances of the prepared tablets has been analyzed. The result was that: the average weight of each tablet was 0.1548g, the average content of chlorine dioxide was 6.867mg (soluble in water, 30mins later), the tablet weight variation between -4.65%~ 6.91%. Average hardness and friability were 38.78N and 0.56% respectively, and the average disintegrating time limit was 655s; the PH was 2.7 after dissolved in water for 30mins, and the activation rate could reach 77.71%; the drop rates of chlorine dioxide reached 8.77% after put the tablets in the oven with 70% humidity at 54℃during14d,so the tablets could be storaged for 1 year. |
