The article is mainly about detecting methods for the pathogenic bacteria based on the new nano-material.The pathogenic bacteria for many food-borne diseases are the broad spectrum of microbial pathogens and highly responsible. The pathogenic bacteria are one of the mainly parts in food testing. Rapid detection of the pathogens is mainly about the chemical, biochemistry, biophysics and immunological methods which can be used to testing, separate and count pathogenic bacteria in food and its processing storage in environment. Now the extensive detection methods include plateculture, the polymerase chain reaction, fluorescence PCR test methods and enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption experiments and so on. However, these methods in food safety detection also hav its testing flaws. Such as plateculture has operating trival and long testing cycle, PCR detection has high false positive, ELISA need higher price.Firstly we manufacture immune nano magnetic beads which have specificity, biocompatible and dispersibility. We also manufacture immune quantum dots which has specificity, biocompatibility and fluorescence. Then detecting methods for the pathogenic bacteria based on these new nano materials have been reachered.a.Fast detection pathogenic bacteria by using Immuno-magnetic enrichment and immune-fluorescent marker.b.Magnetic separation and enrichment nucleic acid and PCR test combined pathogenic bacteria.c.QDs marked fluorescence in situ hybridization has been established by using detection pathogenic bacteria.These methods have been used in testing Salmonella, shigellae, staphylococcus aureus, L. monocytogenes, Enterobacter sakazakii. Common pathogenic test methods are compared. All this work combined new nanometer material technology with biological technology, which can rich pathogenic bacteria detection means in the medical service domain.
