Imine compound have attracted a lot of researchers for a long time, because of their application in catalyst, simulating enzyme, antibodu, molecular indentification and so on. Moreover, the heterocyclic imine and their transition metal complexes have attracted a great deal of attention due to their known biological activities and pharmacological properties such as antibacteria, anticancer, anti-inflammatory and antidepressant effects. In catalysis field many imine complexes of metal ions show high catalytic activity. It is very important issue to study the structure of ligands and reaction conditions on the reaction of the catalytic activities in field of the catalytic synthesis. And it is highly valuable to take advantage of the cactalytic activity to achieving some special reaction. A series of new ligands were readily prepared in one step, and some imine complexes have been application to organic catalysis. The thesis consists of two major parts:The first part is about literature review. The progress briefly introduced the application of the imine catalysts in organic reactions.The second part is about experimental content. It introduce the major work:1. A series of new ligands were readily prepared in one step, and characterized on the basis of 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR.2. Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles with nitroalkenes catalyzed by a novel imine ligand-Znâ…¡catalyst has been developed.
