Hiking adventure tourism in China's tourism industry as a relatively new way to travel, first appeared in the Xinjiang region. Currently, there are Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hainan and Xinjiang, and many other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities to open up a "walking adventure tourism" project. And, Tibet, Sichuan, Yunnan and Xinjiang are attracting hiker as a "hot spot," with its unique cultural environment and the natural environment. Hiking Adventure tourism is a new, exciting sport, and during the process people can make their own value to be realized, but for all forms of tourism, the risk factor of hiking is relatively the highest. casualties in the process of hiking travel is often occurred.The purpose of this paper is to draw on the basis of previous studies, combined with China's national conditions and characteristics of adventure tourism industry, analyzes the rescue status of China's tourism, And then analysis and assess the security risks of hiking adventure tourism product development involved in quantitative.And as to the current security situation and the results of a quantitative index system, To look for problems and causes of hiking adventure tourism safety, trying to come to favor some conclusions of the development of hiking adventure travel, and finally puts forward some measures and suggestions for hiking adventure tourism.This research closely around hiking adventure tourism safety issues.first, point the purpose,significance, content and methods of the study. Then comb the domestic and international issues and status of theoretical study and then carry out the evaluation of the Previous Research ; Second, analyzes the development situation of China hiking adventure travel, Including the situation of adventure hiker, outdoor clubs and Development of Outdoor , outdoor media, such as the development of information transmission, and proposed the existing problems of hiking adventure tourism ; Again, from analyzing of the safety of China's outdoor cause of the incident, and using the data of questionnaires and interviews , Hiking adventure tourism safety and security evaluation system is divided into four factors:"tourists factors,""environmental factors,""human factors""Government factors"and 15 specific indicators.And then use analytic hierarchy weight coefficient calculation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of expedition travel safety fuzzy evaluation index system for evaluation of hiking adventure tourism product development, the security risks involved in quantitative analysis and effective evaluation, hiking adventure travel for the current security situation and an index system to quantify the results obtained currently affecting the safety of hiking adventure travel the most important evaluation factors and the specific sort, and analyze assessment results, and finally puts forward measures and suggestions of hiking adventure tourism security.Results of this study show that: (1) adventure tourists attach great importance to security concerns of hiking, and that the expedition for the whole tourism security "very important" accounted for 38.4%; "more important", 22.5%; the "general important "19.6%;" less important " accounted for 10.6%;" not important "accounted for 6%. In order to be more far-reaching development of hiking adventure torurism, security systems should be more perfect, Policies and regulations should be more robust, it is a basic protection of tourism development. the Chinese government and scholars should arouse enough attention. What is more, according to the status of tourism development in the future for a long period of time, the focus of research is still focused on security issues, security system and so on. (2) Hiking adventure tourism safety evaluation index of the total order: Rescue U14; policies and regulations U15; risk perception U4; hiking experience U2; geological features U7; tour route familiarity U10; physical U1; weather and climate U8; the ability of leader handling conflict accidents U12; personal equipment U3; accompanied person of medical U9; traffic U5; camping U6; leader organizing U11; collaboration U13. (3) the share of aid policies and regulations take up the highest weight, which total weight are "18.27%" and "14.24%", show that the first problem to be solved during the development of hiking adventure travel is to establish a viable rescue system and improve the exploration laws and regulations, and then try to establish the initial safety warning system.
