With the rapid development of petrochemical industry, the market is more competitive, control the oil loss of delivery, strengthen the management of the refinement of oil products is to enhance the market competitiveness of the effective means. However, only the accurate measurement of oil consumption can effectively improve the management level. Petrochemical sector is currently a large tanker with a capacity between 20-50m3 in general, very small measurement error will cause great absolute error. In order to reduce measurement error tanker, oil level measuring instrument's role in the oil are also increasingly prominent. Market oil level meter lot, but considering the price, easy to install or not, the measurement accuracy and other issues, to develop a simple to use, measurement accuracy, low price of oil tanker measuring system has important practical significance.Subjects for the traditional instrument accuracy are not high level.Using multi-ultrasonic pulse echo method to detect oil tanker. ARM as the core system, through the timer to capture multiple echo ultrasonic sensors, obtain to the oil level height. Hardware equipped with the ultrasonic transceiver circuits, power circuits, temperature compensation circuit, USB bus interface circuit, and also extends the keyboard, LCD display human-machine interface. Software wasμC/OS-Ⅱporting, USB firmware design, LCD module driver development, ultrasonic transceiver and data processing and other task modules written to make the whole system have real-time, stability, and so on.For the ultrasonic signals in a dynamic environment are susceptible to external noise, the container itself structure, temperature and so on, making the oil level range accuracy measurement system is not ideal.To further improve accuracy, subjects with a BP multi-sensor fusion algorithm for multi-sensor making data fusion.Through the neural network training to be the new weights and thresholds, and modify the parameters of BP algorithm can achieve real-time correction oil tanker, which improve the system accuracy.The experimental results show that the system designed to meet the requirements of industrial applications, and achieve a number of error correction of ultrasonic sensors; greatly improving the oil tanker measurement accuracy of the measurement system; But also the system has good reliability, low prices, real time, and easy to install and maintain, so in the control system has good prospects and high promotional value.
