As the largest river of Dongting Lake water system, Xiangjiang River is not only the sewage body, but also the important water resource of living and drinking water and industrial and agricultural water of valley residents. In recent years, the heavy metal pollution of Xiangjiang River is more and more serious, so that the harm is conflagration and explosive. Because of the lack of water quality monitoring in Xiangjiang River, the heavy metal pollution monitoring and warning system established in Xiangjiang River has become very necessary and pressing, and it is a very profound significance research activities to track simulation and analyze and warn the water pollution by using the relevant theoretical knowledge and scientific methods synthetically.Based on the goal of the heavy metal pollution of water resource group, the paper deduces two-dimensional pollution diffusion model through three-dimensional motion model, and then the model is broken into three process, namely, the pollutants'instantaneous emission in the start point, after a period of pollutants and fluid fully mixing process, and the pollutants'instantaneous emission in the end point, finally the concentration field can be gotten by the method of Laplace and inverter in the diffusion equation. For the natural river boundary winding, the boundary with grid unit is difficultly close to the actual boundary when using rectangular unit dispersing river, thus, it affects the accuracy of the calculation results. The paper adopts the ideology of Body-fitted grid to decompose the river, which the method optimizes grid computing algorithm by the pure geometric thoughts combined with differential theory and the method of the center of the river flow field.Finally in the basic of the grid generation, using the WCF communication framework and Silverlight technology and ArcGIS Server component to visualizing the model, the paper decompose mesh dissection module and the concentration field generated module according to the numerical solution process function, through the interactive operation, then the color level figure visual display the numerical calculation diffusion concentration of pollution regiment, thus, the rivers pollution regiment diffusion rule in timeliness and spatial can be accurately reflected, so that it realizes the online real-time monitoring of pollution regiment and provides decision support of emergency plan timely.
