This paper use the way of building a network of geographic information system platform to show the air pollution situation of the various enterprises chimney simulation results in Fangshan District. On the basis of air pollution dispersion mathematics model studies, the system enables to show the two-dimensional visualization of simulation results. The system achieve to alarm when the pollution factors is excessive. It realized statistics, query and display basic information.This paper used the integrated secondary development mode to develop the system. A series of softwares are used in Fangshan District air pollution dispersion model simulation environmental geographic information system, such as VisualStudio2008.NET platform for C#language, ArcSDE spatial data engine, SQL Server2005database, AreGIS Server,etc.The system used integrated secondary development model to for the system development environment for application development in, the use of AreGIS ServerADF component technology, and based ArcGIS Server, Fangshan District, chemical chimney sewage management, environmental geographic information systems development.In the process of constructing and programming Fangshan District air pollution management system, it solved two technical difficulties:First, the optimization of air pollution models, In Fangshan District, chimney discharge air pollutants by dust and re-gas. Based on Gaussian model, we do the fixes and improvements of the model. Second, shows ways and means of integrating geographic information systems and air pollution model.
