For a long time, the aqueous solution of formaldehyde--formalin,as an effective and cheap preservative, is widely used in the fields of medicine and biology anatomy laboratory,However, the harm to human health indoor formaldehyde caused has aroused wide concern. Many experts have done a lot of research and study on the phenomenon of formaldehyde pollution of anatomical laboratory. The results showed that: there is little indoor formaldehyde concentration complied standards—Indoor formaldehyde pollution not only seriously affected the anatomy of staff, but also affected the their physical health.In this paper, formaldehyde volatile mechanism of formalin is analyzed theoretically that the major factor of formaldehyde volatile rate and concentration distribution is formalin quality concentration,indoor temperature and humidity, specimen surface gas turbulent state and indoor airflow organization.From simulation results, it can be seen the air curtain has the function of isolate a certain specific regions with the outside world to avoid or reduce the intrusion of outside air, maintain the indoor or a workspace required the air conditions. In the model, the air curtain effectively cut off from the left side of the polluting gasThrough simulate to the five kinds of ventilation form by CFD simulation technology ,have a analysis of all cases of velocity field, formaldehyde concentration field in the dissecting room。Prove that the most reasonable supply and exhaust form is top supplying and Downward outlet。The research of this paper has positive significance to improve the anatomy lab work and learning environment.
