This paper analyzes the existing comprehensive mechanized coal mining tunnel dedusting technology of home and abroad and research and application present situation of heading face wind screen technology, analyzes the dust source, produce, and the physical and chemical properties. To sample dust from drifting tunnel of SH coal mine, Jincheng, analysis the concentration and dispersion, study of law of the distribution and migration of coal dust in the drifting tunnel.Applying the principle of plane free turbulent jet, to analysis wind speed attenuation of wind screen jet device experiment model, the slit that likes(?)upper export wind speed is 17.39m/s, left is 12.04m/s and right is 13.66m/s. According to the assumption of physical model to calculate the minimum dust control wind speed is 5.48 m/s. Later, the original the wind screen dust control device is improved to adapt SH coal mine and a complete set of the wind screen dust control system is established.Selecting tunneling from heading face within the scope of 30m with or without wind screen dust control device and the distance from extract duct to roadway floor is 2.1m or 3.0m, to simulate the change of the dust concentration by fluid dynamics software FLUENT and gas-solid two-phase flow theory. Finally the dust concentration is controlled effectively with wind screen dust control device and the distance that 2.1m is better from extract duct to roadway floor.
