With the development of economic and social, people's living standards are improving and the people's requirements for garment fitness are increasing; consumers and producers offer higher demands for garment fitness and comfort. China is a populous country. The people in different regions and different age groups have different body characteristics. However, the segment clothing size standard of different regions and different ages are not reflected at present in China standard of clothes. In order to meet the fitting requirements of the garment better, improve the comfort of clothing better and our apparel sizes, the body size of the young women in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces are obtained by the 3-D measurement. Take using of SPSS16.0 statistic instrument consisted of factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the acquired data. Then the young women's circumference features are studied.This paper selects 250 young women aged between 18 and 24 as the research objects. The data are got by German VITUS Smart XXL3-D measuring instrument. Then, 10 outliers are removed after tested. Ultimately, 240 data of young women are selected. Since this experiment is to study the circumference characteristics of young women, 14 factors of circumferences, a high factor and two other factors got from the waist, chest and hip, a total of 17 human data are got. Firstly, the relevance of all factors is analyzed by correlation analysis of the SPSS16.0 software. The test results show that there is a close relationship between the circumferences. After all of the circumference are analyzed by factorial analysis, the representative features are extracted from the factors. Taking the importance of maximum abdomen circumference in human body circumferences, the height, chest, waist circumference, hip circumference and maximum abdomen circumference are selected as the typical sites after a qualitative and quantitative analysis and discussion. The data of the center sites of the women in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are got after segments and frequency analysis. They are Height: 160.5cm, Bust: 84.5cm, Waist: 68.0cm, Hips: 90.0cm, maximum abdominal circumference: 75.0cm. And the youth feminine body data distribution map is obtained. Based on it, analysis of young women the frequency distribution of the data and test the accuracy of the intermediate data obtained by frequency analysis. Upon examination, discussion and analysis, ultimately the data of the center reference position is determined. They are Height: 160.5cm, Bust: 84.5cm, Waist: 68.0cm, Hips: 90.5cm, maximum abdominal circumference: 75.0cm. After the center of the circumference reference site obtained, the correlation between the circumference reference site and the other parts of the circumference is tested. And then regression analysis is analyzed. A linear regression equation between them is got at last. Referencing the 160/84A of the standard of GB/T1335-2008(Height: 5.0cm, Bust: 4.0cm, Waist: 2.0cm, Hips: 1.6cm, constant: 0), the grading of the other sites is obtained by the linear equation. And the grading standard for the young women in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces is got. The conclusion and the research data will guide the garment production effectively, improve garment fitness and comfort. In addition, it will exert positive effects on emending the standard of clothes.
