As the centre of oil transportation and storage unit in oil field,the crude storage mostly takes the responsibility of measuring,depositing and transporting oil.The systematic technological process is very complicate and the operational mode is frequently multivariant. At the present,the operational dispatch of domestic crude storage mostly depends on the subjective experience of operating force.Due to the deficiency of in-depth comprehension of the operational process,the decision is always made on concern of fulfilling the transportational misssion,The security and economy of operational scheme is hardly to be gurranteed. According to the actual operating situation of crude storage,the paper evolve the study on simulating and optimizing the operational process of crude storage,which can decrease the operational cost and ensure the security and high efficiency of crude storage.The following aspects are dicussed in this paper:Firstly, on the basis of classifing and simplifing the basic component and systematic technological process, simplify the transient process of crude storage into successive steady process,and according to each steady process,the hydraulic and thermal coupling solution method is established. Finally,the simulation of the crude storage is implemented.Aiming at the transient process owing to the equipment adjusting or operational mode changing, the simulational mathematic model is established based on the fluid transition theory,and the major equipment is taken as boundary, the model is solved by the characteristic method.So the transient simulation is realized.Secondly, the mathematic models of hot oiling process program and oil transition optimization are established,in which the minimal energy consumption cost of security operation is taken as the objective. The two optimization problems belong to the nonlinear mixed-discrete variable optimization problem. According to the structure characteristics of the model, the hierarchic optimization strategy is adopted to divide the problem into assemble scheme optimization and operational parameters optimization problem,which are solved by the genetic algorithm and hierarchical optimization.Finally, on the basis of the theory studied above, recuring to the C++builder developed plantform,the system of simulation and optimization for crude storage operational process is developed.The software includes functional modules of comprehensive data management, graph disposal, simulaion of operational process and optimization of operational scheme,By which the actual operational process of crude storage is simulated and optimized.The result of calculation example indicates that the inaccuracy of the simulation result is within 5 percent, which has upper degree of accuracy. By the optimization, the oil transportation cost of Nan Yi storage and Bei storage in DaQing oil field respectively reduce 11.3 percent and 8.8 percent, and the energy consumption cost of hot oiling process program in Nan San storage reduces 28.9 percent.The optimizational scheme can be used to instruct the actual operational process of the crude storage.
