Composite is widely used in various aspects for its high specific tenacity, high specific modulus, high tolerance of damage and designable performance. However, during composite materials processing can easily produce composites defects, such as slack, cracks, pores and ill-cohesion of the interface. The factors such as loading, mechanical damage, fatigue, creep and other complex conditions which composites endured in the process of active service may cause the damage of the composite, and the serious damage will lead the entire failure of the material which may cause significant economic losses. Therefore it is important to research on the damage and performance prediction of composites at present. In the process of Composite materials bearing, there are many damage forms, such as matrix cracking, interface separation, fiber deboning and fiber breakage etc. But the obvious acoustic emission characteristics occur in each kind of damage. This paper based on FRP composite materials, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the damage process of FRP composite materials vessel with rubber lining. To analysis the mechanical properties of composite vessel under 10MPa, 20MPa, 30MPa pressure conditions; To establish acoustic emission monitoring experiment system for FRP composite veneer tensile and vessel hydrostatic. Monitoring of acoustic emission signal generate by FRP composites different angles of veneer tensile and vessel of hydraulic experiment. Combined with force - the displacement curve, it uses 3d parametric to analysis tensile fracture stages. With statistic method, compared the two kinds of typical laid the composite Angle of acoustic emission characteristics and fracture mechanism. Using acoustic emission parameter analysis to discuss the hydraulic blasting process of composite vessel could be divided several stages and its characteristics. And felicity ratio is used to judge the vessel damage degree. The study of acoustic emission characteristics under the damage status of FRP composite material can provide theoretical basis for the performance evaluation of composite materials.
