The thesis is focused on the preparation and property of polyepichlorohydrin (PECH) ionic liquid electrolytes and its polyether polyurethane ionic liquid electrolytes, which included three parts as following.(1) Synthesis and characterization of PECH with end hydroxyl; The five PECHs with molecler weight (Mn) 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 2500 were prepared using cationic ring-opening polymerization method and characterized by IR,HNMR and GPC.(2) Synthesis of PECH ionic liquid electrolytes which obtained from the reaction of PECH and nitrogen heterocycles and characterized by IR,. The optimal reaction conditions of PECH with 1-Methylimidazole, Quinoline, Pyridine and 4-Methyl-morpholine were studied. The results indicate that①the conversion of 1-Methylimidazole, Quinoline, Pyridine and 4-Methyl-morpholine attained 82.39%, 83.97%, 63.95% and 72.83% respectively when the reaction temperature are 40℃, 60℃, 80℃and 80℃, the reaction time are 10h,12h,11h and 11h, the reaction material ratio are 1.8:1, 1.6:1, 1.6:1 and 1.6:1 respectively. Five polyepichlorohydrin ionic liquid electrolytes and their BF4-ion exchanging products were obtaind and proved by IR and HNMR.;②Polyepichlorohydrin ionic liquid from 1-Methylimidazole and 4-Methylmorpholine showed higher ionic conductivity than from Pyridine, and maximum conductivity in the methanol solution was 3×10-3S·cm-1 at room temperature.(3) Synthesis and characterization of polyether polyurethane ionic liquid electrolytes which obtained from the reaction of PECH ionic liquid and diisocyanate.The synthetic method of cationic polyether-polyurethane solid electrolyte was studied. Using various kinds of end hydroxyl polyether ionic liquids, polyurethane was synthesized from chain extension, and then solid polymer electrolyte was prepared. The structures of polyether-polyurethane solid electrolyte were charactered by IR, TG, CV and EIS etc. Results showed that there was a greater decrease of Tg and crystalline of polyether ionic liquid electrolyte after chain extension; Temperature and polyurethane's soft segment composition had an appreciable impact on conductivity. The dependence of temperature on conductivity of cationic polyether-polyurethane solid polymer electrolyte was consistent with Arrhenius equation. The conductivities at room temperature of PECH-NMIMBF4-PU, PECH-QLBF4-PU, PECH-NMMBF4-PU, PECH-PYBF4-PU were 1.15×10-5S.cm-1,2.43×10-5S.cm-1,1.82×10-6 S.cm-1,2.29×10-6 S.cm-1. This indicated that the solid electrolyte, which possessed good configuration, thermal stability and conductivity was prepared. This kind of product will have a good prospect of application and extension.
