On the face of increasingly exhausted oil and coal resources and increasingly severe environment pollution and greenhouse effect, there are more and more demands for saving energy and decreasing ejection at home and abroad. Wood-plastic composites self-heat conserving facade panel are produced from abandoned wood fiber, plastic and paper-plastic composites and the basic properties of its junior panel, the properties of the glue used for linking panels and relatively accessories are researched simultaneously, the results are as follows:(1) Wood fiber is the main admixture with a maximum content of 65 percents, when higher than 65 percents, its physical and mechanical properties are both weakened and the suitable content is less than 60 percents. To reduce raw material costs, calcium carbonate and fly ash can be added and the maximum content is controlled below 30 percents. If the color of the products has higher requirements, calcium carbonate can be used as filler and if the production cost, fly ash can be used as filler.(2) Chrysotile fiber has been used to enhance the property of the poly- propylene/wood fiber composites. The result shows that after mixed with chrysotile fiber,each mechanical property of the composites have been improved significantly. When the content of the chrysotile fiber is up to 15percents, the bending strength is improved by 24.3percent, the impact strength is improved by 40percents and the tensile strength is improved by 42.3percents.the result is equal to the Polypropylene/Wood Fiber Composites enhanced by glass fiber. However, in sight of the great reserves, chrysotile fiber has big advantage at the price; therefore, polypropylene/wood fiber composites property enhanced by asbestos fiber ought to have bright future.(3) With the decrease of temperature, the mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites gradually increase and when the temperature is higher than 40 degree or lower than minus 6 degree, the mechanical properties significantly become lower.(4) Flame retardant can significantly increase the oxygen index, for the purpose of having higher mechanical property and flame-retardant property, the suggested flame-retardant system is the mixture of ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and red phosphorus (P).(5) In order to ensure excellent cementation performance, polyurethane glue and epoxy resin glue are regarded as the adhesive of the system, and the surface of the panel is treated with roughening and the strength can reach 10.5MPa.(6) Through the test results, the panel isn't broken after the impact by the 10 kg sandbag 1000 times; the lateral load is up to 10.5 MPa, beyond the demand of the standard.(7) wall using waste plastic material or death; aluminum flexible packaging paper and plastic waste, the cost of ordinary wood siding 1 / 3 to 1 / 2, and can be 100% recycling, the cost significantly.(8) Raw material contains more (mass fraction 25%) of plastic, mixed plastic body makes the board significantly higher than the toughness of other inorganic wallboard market, subject to physical shock may have some distortion, not easy to crack, seismic performance increase.(9) Surface density of thermal insulation wall is about 35 ~ 40kg/m2, far less than the density of the existing wall, facilitating the transport and construction. The self-heating external panel is mainly used for steel construction, maintenance structure and interior columns, meanwhile, is applied in scenic spots and construction site for the temporary floating board room. With the full consideration of formula, equipments, application environment, site operation and so on, the idea is original, the design is unique and is the newfashioned panel used for steel structure. In addition, the combined-type design, pluralism-accessories and excellent practicability meet all size demand for steel structure furthest.
