| In our country most coal mines located at agricultural regions,mining subsidence damaged arable land seriously and intensified the contradiction between people and land within the mining area,therefore it is necessary to carry out land reclamation and take compensatory measures for arable land destruction.At present,there is not a unified evaluation system and standards regarding the suitability assessment of reclamation area and land compensation,thus it is need to resolve that quickly.The assessment of large area arable land destruction in mining subsidence district is a high computation cost,cumbersome and complex, very comprehensive work.The traditional manual methods of land evaluation take more inefficient and no longer adapt the development of the times and society.With the rapid development of computer science and the wide application of GIS technology,GIS provides a very convenient means for farmland damage evaluation in mining area.This article 's foundation is construction of damage evaluation model of farmland productivity and achieved the development of "Com GIS visualization evaluation system for farmland productivity damage in coal mine collapse area"by ComGIS , the secondary integrated development and other technical means.Mainly conducted the following research work:(1)The establishment of GIS spatial database of farmland productivity damage evaluation in collapse area is a foundational work during the damage evaluation.Through the actual site investigation,collects and analyzes the correlation data and information,established the basic information of damaged farmland in subsidence area,surface deformation, surface elevation and other spatial information management databases.(2)This paper introduced the destruction characteristics of farmland and the harm classification,further analysised and revealed the damage mechanism of farmland productivity in collapse area,reviewed the domestic and foreign damage evaluation theory and evaluation methods , briefly discussed the characteristics definition, composition, functions and applications of GIS,introduced the COMGIS that is very popular current and has broad application prospects ,expounded the ComGIS's superiorities,made the general introduction of software development platform ArcGIS 9 that is adopted on the subject.(3)The construction of an objective, rational and scientific evaluation model has the important guiding sense to farmland reclamation project and the damage compensation in collapse aea.The current assessment model did not really take into account the essence (intrinsic factor) that impacts farmland productivity,focused on qualitative aspects and lacked evaluation of quantitative analysis, as a result the effects were not so favorable.Based on the summary of the past evaluation theory, evaluation model and related research results,combined with engineering practice, proposed destruction grading standards and compensation standards of farmland productivity in coal mine collapse area, and completed the construction of damage evaluation model.(4)Through profiling analysis, system requirements analysis, specific design and structural divisions of the evaluation system function modules,with the aid of ComGIS,three-dimensional visualization techniques,use the VB6.0 visualization development kit,basedon AO carried out secondary development effectively ,established a GIS visualization evaluation system that combines evaluation application model of farmland productivity damage with ArcGIS;(5)This paper takes tenth mining area of Baodian Coal Mine as evaluation study area,combined with its specific geological and mining conditions, successfully completed the damage classification and grading,evaluation of computing and 3D visualization and other evaluation works of about 3.0km2 farmland in collapse area through this evaluation system,the entire evaluation process spend short time and the system is running good and stable,which provides a quick, effective tool for damage evaluation of farmland productivity in coal mine collapse area;(6)After full exploitation of the five mining faces (103上01,103上02,103上03,103上04和103上05)in tenth mining area of Baodian Coal Mine Yanzhou coal mining area , the GIS visualization damage evaluation results were analysised thoroughly, carefully and comprehensively.The results show that:the total area of completely damaged farmlands in this evaluation district was 519,600 square meters, the amount of compensation was 27.75 million yuan,the maximal compensation value is 6.9 million yuan,the minimmal compensation value of the farmland ("Da Machang2006")is 74,000 yuan.After comparison analysis, the resultswere basically consistent with local conditions,which can be provided some references and basises for farmland reclamation project and the damage compensation of the evaluation district.With the rapid development of computer science and information technology,GIS has achieved considerable progress in the country and has been widely used in various industries.In mining application aspects,the development of GIS visualization evaluation system for farmland productivity damage is in its infancy.Making use of powerful spatial data management and spatial analysis functions of ArcGIS software platform,"Com GIS visualization evaluation system for farmland productivity damage in coal mine collapse area"this subject researched greatly improve the efficiency of evaluation calculation,consequently the evaluation of farmland productivity damage that caused by mining subsidence is more scientific ,accurate and quantitative.The application of the evaluation system has important practical significance and long-term significance to the farmland reclamation management,restoring of farmland productivity,maintaining the dynamic balance of total arable land in coal mining areas,ecosystem balance,and compensation of farmland damage in collapse area. |
