Liaohe oil field is the biggest heavy oil production basemen of China. The output takes2/3 of the total production. The major exploit way is steam soaking,but nowadays theexploitation is at its mid-later period. Focus on the long-term development of the Liaohe oilfield, the conversion steam stimulation method and test method are extremely important.Based on the success test of Classâ… -heavy Qi 40 in Liaohe oilfield, the selected steamflooding for heavy oil reserves of classâ…¡are about 180 million tons, but their geologicalconditions are worse than Classâ… . There is no successful precedent domestic and abroad, soa representative block-Jin 45 is selected for steam flooding pilot test.Adaptability study is conducted in Jin 45 according to the screening criteria of the heavyoil thermal recovery. The geological model is established using the numerical simulationmethod. The steam injection rate, steam injection intensity, dryness of steam injection, mininginjection parameters were optimized according to Jin 45 steam flooding development research.The optimal solution is obtained for the area development program of injection parameters.The implementation process on the steam drive pilot test results were evaluated from thestationary steam injection, single well and well set of production, and all of those show goodproduction results. This article points out the existing problems and recommendations. Theseprovide basis for the follow-up exploitation and reference for Jin 45.
