In the 21st century, railway becomes the main transportation in the world. In order to meet the demand of the rapid development in economy, railway transportation is developing towards high speed, heavy load, mass transit and high density gradually, which will greatly increase the burden of the railway track structure. Therefore, it is imperative to study the new railway track structure which has greater stiffness, strength and abrasion resistance. Corrugated Waist Rail is a useful way to improve the economic indicators of the railway. It will have great economic significance and academic value to study the processing, structure and mechanical property of the Corrugated Waist Rail. In this paper, according to the relevant knowledge of orbital mechanics, a mechanical model of the Corrugated Waist Rail has been established. In the basis of the mechanical models, I have used the method combined the simulated annealing algorithm with the finite element to have a multi-objective optimization design to the Corrugated Waist Rail, used ANSYS to analyze the mechanical properties of the Corrugated Waist Rail and the general rail, and used LS-DYNA to have a numerical simulation to the rolling process of the Corrugated Waist Rail.Simulated annealing algorithm is on the physical background of the physical process of solid annealing and the statistical properties. FEM is developed in recent years and it is a method of calculation used to solve the practical engineering problems. Combined the simulated annealing algorithm with the finite element, have a multi-objective optimization design to corrugated parameters of the Corrugated Waist Rail.In order to compare the Corrugated Waist Rail with the mechanical properties of the general rail, the analysis software, ANSYS, of finite element is used to analyze the relevant mechanical properties of the general rail and Corrugated Waist Rail in this paper, which has proved that under the same conditions, the mechanical properties of the Corrugated Waist Rail is better than the general rail.Combined the nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA and the three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E, the finite element model of the Corrugated Waist Rail of rolling has been established, and its rolling process is simulated.
