Enter the 21st century; it plays an important role for steel production in the development of national economy. Because of some kinds of reasons, in the process of the fabrication, working and transportation, tube may have some defaults such as bend of multi-directions. These defaults must be eliminated by straightened in the later process, so that the flat product can be obtained. The finishing of the steel tube takes an important step in resolving a variety of defects, while the straightening of the steel tube plays an important role for the finishing of the steel tube.The two-rollers straightening has the advantage of the high precision and good quality, therefore, the two-rollers straightening takes an important role in the straightening product. At present, the research about two-roller straightening is focused on designing of the roller profile in the world; however, the deeper research on the process of deformation is lacked. Therefore, it has important practical significance and theoretical value to research on the modify rule of the field variable in the process of the straightening.This paper, according to the theory of elastic and elastic-plastic of the tube, analyses the principle of the two-roll straightening. It also summarizes some designing of the roll profile such as double curve roller shape and six curvature shape. In research, this text uses Matlab to calculate the curve shape of double curve shape and six curvature shape and draws they out.Based on the Non-linear finite element software—MARC, this text builds the 3D elastic-model of the two-roll tube straightener. This text also does some simulation about the working process of two roll straightening and analysis the result to find out the regular pattern of strain and stress during the process. Contrast the effect of the different curvatures, finds that six curvature shape makes a better effect of the straitening of the tube. It analyses the speed of straightening,reduction and the dip angle influence on the quality of the final product , makes some guidance for the practice.
