The metal deformation resistance value is a necessary factors in the calculation of force and power in various pressure machining process, formulation process planning, design and check pressure processing equipment and tools. In the increasingly fierce market competition, facing the user's higher requirements to the steel, computer control rolling enhances the prediction accuracy increasingly of mathematical model in rolling process, Therefore, it is necessary to research of metal defoemation resistance math- ematical model in hot rolling.The metal deformation resistance not only influenced by deformation temperature, deformation speed and deformation degree, but also affected by chemical components and organizations, state of materials.So far , there has wrong theory, heat, fluid mechanics, softening and harding competition theory rheology of longitudinal study, volatility to illustrate deformation resistance and other factors influence on it by many school and hypothesis. but they can't build a accurate deformation resistance mathematical model yet. Usually they use experiment material or on the basis of experiment get experience formula or statistical model.In viem of the above question, this article based on a large number of measured data of hot rolling production line, choose the appropriate deformation resistance mathematical model and rolling force mathematical model, use simplex mathematical optimization method to return the deformation resistance parameters of 16 kinds of steel. Adjusted the deformation resistance model,improved the rolling load prediction accuracy of certain factory fine rolling pressure model.Meanwhile based on the rolling measured data, use what scholars commonly used of multivariate nonlinear regression method to regresse the deformation resistance model, compared the forecast accueacy of the deformation resistance model from the two methods,find that the simplex method is a better optimization method, and the model fitting is better.Anyway, In regard to improve the forecast accuracy of deformation resistance model,this issue has achieved preliminary results.but because of the limited amount of data. Do not observe the influence law of deformation resistance model parameters by organization and chemical composition, deformation condition. Therefore, the expansion of the data to be further research and improvement is needed. |
