In continuous production line, the deformation resistance is one of the importantfactors affecting the hot rolling process of rolling pressure, its plays a key role for thesafe operation of the equipment, establishing reasonable processing technology.Deformation resistance prediction model is the core of the rolling force model and theforecast accuracy directly determines the prediction precision of the mathematical modelfor the whole continuous and thickness ratio of the final strip. Therefore, studied thedeformation resistance of steel for the determination of various rolling technologyparameters in the process of production has a direct role in guiding.For the study of the deformation resistance,international scholars mainly adoptsexperimental study, not reseached for rolling mill rolling force measured data whichcontains the scene environment.The scene of the secondary data contains a lot ofinformation, of wich the model to take advantage of more joint steel rolling productionline actual situation. Summarized a set of deformation resistance model suitable for theequipment has more direct reference value and guiding significance for the production.This topic on the basis of the idea, optimize the Zhou Jihua·GuanKeZhi deformationresistance model, and then improve the prediction precision of rolling force.This paper combined with the theory of rolling knowledge and using VC&VBlanguage, read related to the rolling force calculation of continuous field secondary data;And based on this the measured data, the different grade of steel are calculated andselected benchmark deformation resistance; take Zhou Jihua·GuanKeZhi model as thetarget mathematical model of deformation resistance, in addition choose the other twomodels for comparison;Then through1stOpt data analysis software of multivariatenonlinear regression method accomplish seven kinds of deformation resistance model ofoptimization which include carbon steel and alloy steel, determine the deformationresistance model which basis on the measured data, and take the corresponding models topredict the steel coil rolling force exclude sample data, proved to have a very good effect.In addition, verified with Matlab least squares regression and found that the optimizationresults is same with that of1stOpt software, verify the reliability of the selected method. Finally, design database based on the deformation resistance model which calculatedvia measured data, take Visual Basic as programming platform, through the ADOdatabase access technology, complete the deformation resistance calculation softwareinterface editor, convenient for deformation resistance model of management andoperation.
