Along with the mine pit centralization production technology's development, the mine pit production efficiency has got the large scale enhancement. However, due to working face mining intensity, mechanized mining face is a direct result of increasing absolutely gas emission, with gob gas emission increase and the local accumulation of a serious face, the safety can not be guaranteed.The gas drainage is the most effective technical approach to this problem.This paper first analyzes the source of gob gas and emission characteristics. And then it studies the basic law of mass destruction, gob permeability of the overburden and the seepage law of mined areas, and it then analyzes the gob gas emission measurement method. Then it measures the attenuation coefficient and coal seam permeability coefficient, and it demonstrates that gob gas drainage is feasible. By gob gas drainage comparison, the drainage has obvious technical advantages in technology. On the basis of studying the emission law in the gob, for Huang Baici mine problems, We ultimately determine the height of caving zone and the height of fractured zone and the spacing of drilling field. It obtains that the caving zone height is 9.13 m, fractured zone height is 30.11~40.31 m and drill field spacing is 110 m, which provides a theoretical basis for high level bore hole gas drainage. So it can make the gob gas drainage most effective.According to the "three zones" distribution characteristics of the mine gob top area and distribution of gob gas, we adopt high level borehole gas drainage technology for the actual situation of 1203 working face. And we introduce the technology and equipment, which can provide the construction of high level borehole gas drainage in the field for us. Through the use high level borehole gas drainage, it reduces the gas concentration to ensure that the 1203 working face is safe, stable, efficient, receiving good social and economic benefits. We establish the model of the drainage volume between gob gas drainage and wind displacement by MATLAB.It can predict gob gas drainage or wind displacement, easily guide mine safety and reduce ventilation costs.
